Ingredients
1lbof Ground beef
¼cupof Wateror enough to cover meat
1tbspof Yellow mustard
1tspof Sugarsubstitute with stevia
1tbspof distilled White vinegar
½cupof Onion choppedplus more for topping
1tspof Salt
½tspof Black pepper
4Hamburger buns splitwhole wheat
Toppings such as cheeseketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, and/or pickles, for serving
Instructions
In a large skillet, brown beef, over medium heat, while breaking up the clumps. Then add the diced onion, season with salt & pepper, and cook until the beef is no longer pink.
Drain the fat.
Mix in the vinegar, mustard, and sugar.
Add enough water to cover the meat, bring it to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, until all the water is gone.
