8cupsof unsweetened Applesauce2 cans, or approx. 3 ½ lb. of cooked apples
1 ½cupsof Brown sugarsubstitute with stevia brown sugar
1 ½cupsof granulated Sugarsubstitute with stevia, honey or maple syrup
½cupof Apple cider vinegaror Apple cider
1tbspof ground Cinnamon
¼tspof Salt
¼tspof Cloves
¼tspof Allspice
