Ingredients

  • 8 cups of unsweetened Applesauce 2 cans, or approx. 3 ½ lb. of cooked apples
  • 1 ½ cups of Brown sugar substitute with stevia brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cups of granulated Sugar substitute with stevia, honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup of Apple cider vinegar or Apple cider
  • 1 tbsp of ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp of Salt
  • ¼ tsp of Cloves
  • ¼ tsp of Allspice

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a roasting pan or baking dish.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 3 hours, stirring occasionally, about every 20 minutes.
  • Cool and put into airtight containers or jars.
  • Keep refrigerated for up to a couple of weeks.
