Ingredients
⅓cupof Rice vinegar
⅓cupof Water
⅓cup+ 2 tbsp of Sugarsubstitute with stevia
1tbspof Rice wine vinegarcan substitute with dry sherry
1tbspof Red chili pepper flakesuse more or less according to taste
1 ½tspof minced Garlic
1tspof minced Ginger
1tspof Soy sauce
2tspof Cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp of waterthe sauce will thicken more once cooled
Instructions
Place all ingredients, except for the cornstarch mixture, in a small saucepan and over low heat, bring it to a boil, stirring regularly.
Once the sugar is dissolved, stir in the cornstarch mixture, stirring continually until thickened, about 1 minute.
Let the sauce cool completely, pour it into an airtight jar, and store it in the refrigerator.
