Ingredients

  • 10" deep Pie crust from scratch or premade
  • 2 cups of Sugar subsitute with stevia
  • 1 ½ cans of evaporated Milk
  • 1 tbsp of Flour subsitute with whole wheat
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla
  • 5 Eggs
  • ½ stick of melted Butter
  • dash of Salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into the prepared pie crust.
  • Bake at 400° for 15 min, then at 350° for 25 minutes or when brown.
  • Let pie set & cool before serving.
  • ENJOY!
