Ingredients
- 8 cups of unsweetened Applesauce 2 cans, or approx. 3 ½ lb. of cooked apples
- 1 ½ cups of Brown sugar substitute with stevia brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups of granulated Sugar substitute with stevia, honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup of Apple cider vinegar or Apple cider
- 1 tbsp of ground Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp of Salt
- ¼ tsp of Cloves
- ¼ tsp of Allspice
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a roasting pan or baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 3 hours, stirring occasionally, about every 20 minutes.
- Cool and put into airtight containers or jars.
- Keep refrigerated for up to a couple of weeks.
